Questions & Answer

1

How do I choose between Concentrate Emulsion A & B?

Depending on your skin type, you can use either Emulsion B during the day and Emulsion A at night for non-sensitive skin. For more sensitive skin, you should only use Emulsion B during the day and/or at night.

2

How long should the intensive phase last ?

The ideal duration of the intensive phase is 2 to 3 months. For better results you can do it for up to 6 months.

3

When will I start to see visible results ?

Most users notice improvements after 4 to 6 weeks, with significant results after 8 weeks of regular use.

4

What quantity should I apply?

Depending on each products. For Emulsions, Corrective Cream and Sunscreen, you should use one big drop equivalent to a pea for the whole face. For the Foam use 2 to 3 pumps.

5

Can I combine MELANCLAIR products with my usual skincare routine ?

Yes, but we recommend limiting active ingredients that may cause irritation (such as strong acids or retinoids) during the Intensive Phase.

6

What happens if I stop after the Intensive Phase ?

Pigmentation may return over time. The Maintenance Phase helps preserve results and keeps the skin balanced and protected long-term.

7

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin ?

Some formulas such as the Emulsion A are not recommended for sensitive skin. In this case, we advise consulting a dermatologist before use.

8

Can I use MELANCLAIR products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding ?

Emulsion Concentrate A contains vitamin A, which is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The rest of the products can be used, but we still advise consulting your doctor before introducing any new dermocosmetic products during this period.
